HELP!!! Intestines (?) is coming out from butt!!

Hi I am having the same problem my chick is only 6 weeks old and yesterday I noticed red lump coming out of her bum I googled what to do and I keep pushing it back in but every time she has a poop it pops out again. Does prep h really work and once I put that on is there anything else I should do? Any help would be appreciated as I don't want to lose her
 
Ugg I'm new at this .... i have a chicken that wandered into yard have had her about two months...she is a for meat only hen. Anyway her insides are coming out of her butt. What do I do?
 
I'm having this prolapsed vent issue in my flock. First before I saw this post here, I lost a bird already and this second one is getting me worried. They are only 2weeks and some days old. I used the old method of snugar and prep H and pushed it back in. I pray it survives.
What other method or med should I administer. I separated it from the others too. I need a reply

Young chicks with a prolapse may happen due to constipation or pasty butt. It can also be from a birth defect. Patience pushing the vent back inside and holding it there, plus the use of honey to help shrink the swelling may help. Make sure that chicks are drinking plenty of fluids and that your brooder temperature is right for their age, since dehydration can cause straining. A few drops of molasses orally or in food or water can act as a mild laxative, so that constipation is prevented.
