Black tailed white Japanese bantams-day old pics and ?

The hatchery oopsed and sent me the wrong box this morning.  Replacements are coming next week. I got 11 SR doms, 14 SR black tailed white Jap. Bantams, 15 SR burbon red turkeys, and 5 SR blue slate turkeys.

I had ordered 50 chicks to split with a neighbor so I will split the oops with them too.  I don't know when the bantams will be old enough to sex.  Can anyone help?

Also some of the bantams have a red/orange/deep yellow spot on the neck and black dots on the wing feathers that are coming in.  Others have no spot and no dots, just white wings.  I don't know if this is important or if they are a different breed.

Here are some pics (sorry they are blurry, my battery is dying!)

No one can tell me how soon I might be able to sex the bantams?

cute! I'm not sure on the significance of the spots but you should be able to tell their sex at 3 weeks.
