Are these RIR's?

I got some new chicks today (probably 2 or 3 days old) and you had to buy at least a minimum of 6 chicks.  Someone went in ahead of me and they picked out most of the females so I had to get 2 males to make my quota.  Knowing that they make mistakes in sexing them, I got two RIR's (I think).  The guy ahead of me missed one chick that was marked as a female because since the mark didn't show up very well on her head, they must have put one on her neck.

They are both marked differently.  The one that they said was a male has chipmunk-like markings on it's back.

This is the one that they said was a female was tagged with green marker.  She has no chipmunk markings.

They look like mine, so I hope so!  I have 6, all slightly different looking.

Yep!  They are RIR's!  Here's a picture of my RIR's when they were a week old.
