Aaaaw, yours is a cutie!
I'm starting to wonder if mine may be Polish X Cochin.
He doesn't have feathered legs, though.
I was about to post mine & I notice he looks a bit like yours. A slight crest. Indeterminate color, maybe quail. I hatched what I thought were 6 cochin eggs, and he was the cutest, roundest, fluffiest cochin chick of the bunch. I should have known. He's a 3/4 size bird at 5 weeks, and my other cochins are bantams. His outer toes are slightly feathered.
