Colorful legs = Colorful eggs!

I have a thing for collecting different chicken breeds and love all of their unique qualities. This year the gals all ended up with different colored legs and they look so cool together. Blue, green, and yellow we've got it covered...

You have very pretty birds.  I love all the egg colors.

The one with the green legs lays green eggs, the one with the blue legs lays bluish eggs, and the yellow legger gives me dark brown eggs. They are all grown up now! The darned white one is a broody nightmare, but also very sweet and likes to be petted, so I guess I'll keep her ;)IMG_0713.JPG

The Welsummer (brown) chicken gives dark brown eggs. I'll include another picture with one of hers..
