Lavender cuckoo easter egger

Jerryse - I love what you are doing with colors! I was wondering - have you thought about crossing the cuckoo lavender to Ayam Cemani to address the legs? I keep thinking about it but I "chicken out" when I think about actually trying it. Thoughts?
I thought about silkies but decided no . They have trouble with red combs on their birds and I could not get any info on leg color . I am trying a new angle I thought of . eb brown like Millie Fleur . Could not find out much about crele or candy corn Polish last fall . So I borrowed a Golden Sebright rooster to test this idea . I have a pair of chicks from him . Still will take a couple more generations to get a double barred male .

If I decide to bite the bullet and do this I'll keep you posted. You were the pioneer in this coloration and I really admire what you've done.
