Partridge Silkies - Nothing else - Page 6

I had this cockerel and was going to breed him but someone else is doing partridge and wanted him so he now has a new home with other partridges. I also sold her my nicest partridge pullet I had. He does have a black chest.

I have 7 pens with white, blue, splash and black. I was going to do partridge then wanted a black pen. The lady that has him and most of my partridge lives close and takes very good care of them. She comes over often and sends lots of pictures. I'm very happy where there at. Like the best of both worlds.

This is Watson. I also have his brother that looks just like him except he doesn't have quite as heavy of feathering on his feet. They are 4 and 1/2 months old.

This is 1 of several pullets that I have. They all are in the same age range of 4 to 4 & 1/2 months.

Another pullet

These are from the second hatch. They are all between 5 wks. and 9 wks. old

This last picture is of a cockerel from the first hatch. He is of awesome type and very large (hence the name Baby Huey). I have question on his color. Would he be considered blue?

Thanks for any input and I hope others will post pictures of their beautiful partridge.

They are all so cute!! I want one now!
