I guess I though a WC Blue polish and a WC Blue polish would only have a WC Blue polish.... lol.  14 dozen eggs........Oh My Goodness I am trying to wrap my brain around that. Oh now I remember what the other breed is. Ancona.  I only bought 4 of them. So we'll see if I end up with 4 roos LOLs.

I'd rather not count my flock. I just moved 200ish chicks to an outside brooder. I have a wooden grainery that is divided into 2 halves. In one half I made 4 pens. Half of it as a grow out pen, then the other half was divided into 3 brooders (2 for chicks and one for the stinky goslings/ducklings).

One blue polish egg hatched from beth and I'm guessing its a splash. It is pure white right now at about 4 weeks old.

Thank you all you beautiful animal lovers for posting your flock numbers and thereby proving to my DBF that I am merely an amateur, NOT some kind of crazy chicken lady!!   I'm reading him the counts and he is aghast! I am so not worthy, I only have 13 birds and four of those are 12 wks and under, 2 are roosters up for sale. I only have 7 eggs under my hen, 8 in the mail and 6 on IOU. I really need to get busy here to catch up!   There are four dogs and three cats here also as well as a 13 year old boy. I'm always busy, how do you all manage to get anything done!?

And I am getting blue,black,splash from my blue Polish.   I will be selling them as soon as I fill my last order.  Also selling my bantam AMs and some other...just not sure what yet.  I need to cut back to the low 100s. 

I am not at the caliber as others, but I have a bit.

Chickens, Rabbits, Dogs, Cats, Livestock, and Kids. We just added the Rabbits last weekend. Hubbie bought a breeding pair of Velveteen. I was not really surprised though when I was brushing some matts out of the Doe and her male bits jumped out. I'm guessing we will be adding two more Rabbits at some point. :P
