Have lots of green Purina "flock raiser" , one or two Purina "scratch grains", a few "cardinal mix" from tractor supply, a few blue dumor chicken feed and some horse ones.  If anyone is interested and wants to see about doing a side swap let me know. wink.png

HenThymes - Welcome back! I want you to know the dilemma your OE chicks have caused me! They turned out sooo beautiful, I can't decide which one of the roosters to keep! I will try to post pictures tomorrow, but just to give you an idea, the black OE roo we named Joseph - as in Coat of Many Colors Joseph!

Hey want to throw this out there because I know there are a couple people on here who are expecting little ones.

I have a ton of brand new or almost new baby girls clothes all are name brand mostly carter's! Newborn up to 12 months.

I would love to swap for some eggs or???

My daughter grew so fast she out grew some clothes before she even wore them and others she only wore a couple times at most. Her grandparents have bought her a lot of clothes!

I will be taking them to a resale shop soon but will get pennies for them so I would rather swap them a few outfits at a time.....

I promise you will be super happy and I will make it well worth it to you!!! I can send you pictures of a bunch of outfits and you can choose a couple or a few depending on what you are interested in swapping for.......

Pauletta- I (at the urging of the DH) decided to use the Magic Mesh in my Hen house. The Nursery house has a door that leads to another run next door. Which I thought to use for my Speckled Sussex. I am too chicken to put these down at the big barn until we get better stuff set up. They are about 4 months or 5 now. I put it up, and within 24 hours they, smart birds that they are, have figured out how to go in and out of it. If I was not so thrilled at their genius, I'd be mad. LOL  I am planning to add the velcro strips to it today. That should hold them in.

Anyway, it looks so cool in there I'll be stalking you for the other one. Or finding a place to order them. Thank you again for offering them!

To anyone thinking of using them in your houses... Do not try to put them up while wearing a patch over one eye. If you do, remember to take video as I would love to show my facebook buddies I am not the only "Graceful" one in America :P roflmao Seriously, it turned out perfect. Made much more space now that I do not have to worry about the spot where the door opens. and it clicks shut as soon as I walk through it. So if I have my hands full, I do not have to worry about dropping stuff to shut the door.

I just listed a big list of poultry for sale it is in my signature line. I am selling out of almost everything. I am keeping very little. I haven't been selling enough to be able to keep as many as I have. Also hubby is getting sick of how much time I have to spend taking care of them all and them being raised in the basement. I have exhausted myself with trying to take care of them all and not getting any kind of money to help feed them.  I have listed them for really cheap to get them moved out quickly.  If anyone is interested in any of them just let me know. I haven't been on much lately, just no time with the kids, running, cleaning and taking care of everything.  I will need to order more boxes before I can ship them out. I will remover any that sell. If they are still listed there I still have them.

I hope everyone is doing well.

They have them by the screen stuff at our walmart for $12. Not a bad price for one if you ask me.

I googled them to see what they were and found them on ebay new for $10 something and free shipping to. lol those look cool but my dogs run into the glass doors now as it is I cant imagine those would last long with a 70+ lb golder retriever barreling into it once she figures out it opens she will be in and out and it will be gone! lol

That's a shame you have to sell them but I can totally understand. I don't know how you were doing it what with all the kids activities!!

I don't know much about EE's but I don't think they have mohawks. Do they??

This guy is from my hatch on the 5th and he's one of Beth's eggs. Is this normal for an EE or could it be a mix? I think it's adorable!! I had a hard time getting a picture though. It doesn't stand up much, but it's definately there.

frizzleEE0512.jpg

and in other chicken news, I've got one silky hatched, one NN pipped and two NNto go but there's not tapping or cheeping from those too so I'm worried. They weren't supposed to hatch til thurs/fri though so maybe the other two are just early birds.
