what he is really mad about is I was right AGAIN.....and it will be more work to piece the doors together to make a coop, but little does he know I have a plan LOL

I posted this in the right place but no one has anserd so I was hopeing one of you might know. I have a chukar that sorta tried to zip length wise instead of around he has two pipps with a line/ crack between them. Have you guys ever had this. He hasnt made any progress Im not shure he can as he is trying to go lengthwise and what I know aobut hatching postions inside the egg that would be a physical impossibility woudnt it??

He peeps rather pitouesly from time to time , like a frantic scared chick noise

Do you have other chicks trying to hatch?  Every time you open the incubator you risk the other chicks.  If he is the last to hatch I would try and help him/her.

I have 5 bobwhite eggs that are pipped other then that no other eggs have showed any signs . The bobwhites were set 6/1 the chukar were set 6/1 and the chicken eggs were set 6/2 and 6/4 maybe Im not exactly shure . I know I cant open the bator but I was just wondering if anyone had run into this and if the chicks could hatch by them selves if they had. If I help him it wont be till he has been working at it for more then 24-36 hours at the least.

Would you be able to sell them to make a good profit? They maybe good and worth some $$$, but if nobody around you wants them, what good would it bee to sell them? I would look into it, if you could sell them for 3x or 4x what you paid, you could buy lumber and have a little gas money left over for the trip or enough lumber to make a larger coop.

online in specialty shops and ebay they sell for 25 times what I paid so my 100.00 could really make me some money and new wood really is easier to work with and I am not trying to build an empire to leave to anyone, my kids are going to take the gold and guns out of my house and burn it so they dont have to go through all my junk LOL

I just noticed one of the egg cartons the eggs are in is damp/wet will this hurt the eggs..

I think I need a valium and if thats not strong enough maybe some versed and a couple shots

Yes, online and Etsy type places price all kinds of stuff high hoping high end artisans and hipster types with no scavaging skills of their own will buy their stuff. What it's priced at isn't necessarily what you'll get any time soon. You can hold on to it and wait for the right buyer at the right price while putting out more money for new wood and losing storage space to your doors or you could use them, enjoy them, and someday when you decide to move/build new, scrap them then. Another thing, if buyers aren't in your area, imagine the PITA of trying to ship those things!
