I wish I had many of these but I have not won the lottery yet. You can get starters for 20-40 bucks. They also come in white with green leaves instead of purple. The do kind of look  like crape Myrtles but instead of bunches of flowers it looks more like poofy cotton spider web looking bloom.  Bahahahaha. I just confused myself.
