You are so funny girl!  I know right? I think they just did not understand the personality of Polish chickens.  But I am happy to give him a home but now I need another coop and run.  There is no way I could say no even when I thought he was a mix, he is just to darn cute. Kind of a Rod Stewart thing going on.

I use "Midnight White" dog shampoo on my silkies, it takes a lot of that yellow out.  Just be careful around his eyes, it's not tearless.  And try to leave it on for 5 minutes before rinsing.
 

 

One of my SL hens... I need to get new pics of everyone and put them in ONE folder !!    So frustrating trying to find my pictures.     My own LazY fault !!

 

 

That's some rooster! Polish aren't for everyone. I hope he works out good for you, He just needs some women folk to keep him in line. He looks like a wild and crazy guy!

BHEP - what does your roo look like? See the one I posted look like a Polish/EE mix. LOL I guess the yellow is throwing me off.  There is so much of it.  I will know more tomorrow. First thing he will get a warm Poultry protector dip and quarantined till I know he is ok.

Crossgirl  - I know whatcha mean.  Mine only love me when I feed them or they see meal worms.  My other chickens are mellow, laid back. My polish think I am the maid, cook, and the nanny.

 

 

Well I woke up to snow on the ground this morning and it is currently snowing out now. 

 

When will this ever end. It is bitter cold here too.

I have to get on the roof and clean out the gutters and mow the grass.....   Sure hope it does not move south.

I just had to do that recently too! I kept spending way too much time looking for pics! I finally got off my butt and put them in breed folders. Now it is sooooo simple and quick! You should take an hour and do it!

I got the cute pink handbag made out of a feed sack (cant remember who it was from) and I love it!  Thank you so much!  I have been showing it off to all of my chicken friends!

Just a suggestion, but what about having the person getting the goods pay the postage via paypal in advance. That way you know you will not be out the postage if they don't send something back. I know it seems redundant to send them postage and them send postage back, but you would see who is really going to follow through. That what if you have an issue as you said with too many requests the postage would be prepaid.
