I had silkie eggs from "cjexotic" hatch on Saturday. They are very nice looking chicks. I'm posting pics, although this is my first time to do that on BYC so hopefully you can see them. It was 108 today so I took them out of their brooder and into the grass for a couple of minutes this afternoon. They were busy little boogers so getting them still for a pic was tricky. I have a splash, blue/black, and partridge.

Proud mom of 2 boston terriers, 2 elderly cats, a few silkies, 8 EE's, 2 nigerion dwarf goats, 1 beautiful 8 year old little girl, a beautiful 3 year old little boy, and anything else that comes our way. Married to a wonderful DH that helps and puts up with it all!

We have an assortment of different breeds of chickens we have, RIR, BR, RSL, BSL, Aouthlorp, Americaunas, Easter Eggers, game hen, silver spangled hamburgs, silver laced (something not sure of bread has feathers on feet ) i hope i did not miss any.
