Chick suddenly falling backwards, no balance! Help!!

I just noticed one of my barred rock mix chicks is falling backwards. She can't stand on her feet, no forward movement or balance. Her feet quiver when she lays on her side. I didn't notice it this morning. She's maybe 5 or 6wks. Others seem fine. What could it be and what do I give her??
When I hold up her wings and move her forward, she isn't getting how to walk that easily. Yes, she was totally normal this morning and running, pecking at others...
Help!

She's no better today. Don't think she will make it.

I really feel for you. So I found this post about others that have chicks falling over and losing balance and such. Maybe it will help you, maybe not. But I feel like I wish I could do something for you.
