To that young man who was very professional....thank you for the two turkeys! They have settled in well with the others. We had a brief stop at a playground on the way home because my young son was very hyper. Got a few looks when I placed a cage with two turkeys on some grass under a shady oak while the boy played, LOL! They have settled in well with the others. They drank and ate well right away. I didn't know how much different they were from chickens. Such peaceful creatures.

Thank you so much Julio and Jackie for hosting a great swap. You have a beautiful yard, and even though it was a hot day, I don't think we could have been cooler anywhere else. It was really good to see so many people show up.

We had a great time, Julio and Jackie! My son had so much fun playing your little girl - what a sweatheart. We got some great chickens for my friends, and I got my two mystery chicks identified.

Brahmachickenlady, are you the one that sold us the Buff Brahma? I'm pretty sure my BF is going to hide her when my friend comes to pick her up. One of these days I'll need to get some hatching eggs from you!

It was great to see everyone!

Thank you all for coming out and making our first swap successful! I can't wait for the next one. A big thank you to Eric and Le for helping us get the word out about the swap...if it weren't for you both we would not have been able to do it. It was a true pleasure meeting you all. We had so much fun.

I got a Turken and white Araucana from a woman and her daughter for my son. I don't remember their names, but if anyone knows who they are, or if it was you, can you please contact me.

Thanks!
Mary
