Al, I'll be at Stormville tomorrow.  How's the weather up there?

Suzanne, It's cold up here. Had a lot of frost overnight. The coop just hit 36 degrees.

We may get to Stormville if we don't go down toward the city, tomorrow. Supposed to go to the cemetery, which we didn't get to for Easter. We'll see what happens.

My one ameraucana hen has been bulling all my girls lately. I'm finding little blood marks on their crowns. I'll put her fuzzy butt in time out if she keeps it up.She's been squawking a lot lately. I've never had a hen go broody ;could this be it? She is sitting in the nesting box more also.(shes on the rag)

Enjoy Stormville and be safe driving. I'm going to Brimfield in two weeks I can't wait.

Dear Howlinggood; Can you please do me a favor? My niece is making her communion next weekend and I'm thinking of buying her one of those pandora bracelets with a charm (angel; princess or maybe a chicken). the smallest bracelet is ~7 inches. If your daughter agrees can you take a piece of string and measure her wrist? I don't want to buy this thing and it be falling off her. Thanks Carol

My daughter just turned 12 so her wrist might be bigger. She had a sleepover last night at a friend's house, she isn't home right now. I can measure when she gets home this afternoon but it might not be accurate.

I just googled it and I found they said 4.5 inches round. Hope that is accurate and helps.

Anyone else who can help?

She won't out grow the 7" tho
I have a bracelet my god parents gave me
for my first communion, it's so tiny now
and I wish I could ware it to remember
them by.

On the other hand if it's grown up size
she'll prolly lose it.

I haven't seen that Caprice-style bracelet smaller than 7".

Will look into it for you since I am SUPPOSED to have a jewelery business for my retirement.

Since my last day of work was Friday, and I haven't told hubby yet roll.png I had better look into making money quick. REAL quick.

Will also look to see if they can be shortened. I have a few in stock.

Need to buy chick food, I'm going out right now, so later this afternoon.

Good luck, Roberta. The jewelry business sounds like you could make it a winner. smile.png
