So, I have a sore behind. I let the girls out this morning, and you'd think there was a door busters sale outside the coop. The girls caught me off balance, I flew backwards onto my butt, and then one of the BIIIG girls landed right on my chest. I think it was Fauna, but cannot be sure since I was screaming like a little girl. 

Yeah, nobody saw me, so I just got up, looked around, and limped back to the house. I told my son, who's up for work, not to ask. I think he noticed the hay in my hair, and possibly the poop on my back...he's smart. He just walked away. 

  I'm sure he's gonna tell everyone.

Butt seriously, couldn't be any funnier than me falling out of the hammock.  Twice.

Hi, all. Waiting for the Orthopaedist to open. DH broke his shoulder AGAIN.

Thinks he's gonna get better care NOT going to the ER.

This is the 3rd broken shoulder. Not to mention all the other bones.

He'll probably get another body cast.

And make me miserable because I have to wash his long hair.

Every day.

And the bone strengthing supplements give him kidney stones.

And he gives me crap because I might get hurt on my motorcycle.

But this is all on a bicycle. In the woods.

His friends were mad because he ruined the ride.

I'm SO AT THE END OF MY ROPE......

sigh.

Okay, so other than the money, this unemployment thing rocks.

I got sooo much accomplished around the house yesterday.  And today I have two advisement appointments - one at Touro and one at Adelphi - to discuss adding HS Special Ed certification.  Then a doctor's appointment.  Then home to bake a cake (any suggestions?) for a party tomorrow night.  Can't do it tomorrow because I'm going to my mom's to cut down some branches and pick up the tshirts from the school closing party.

Yikes.  I need to get a job so I can relax...

Sorry to hear about your husband;actually all the work you are in for. If you need help just ask. My husband uses one of those barber razors on his head in the summer. I can bring that over.Hang in there

Well I am a very proud and happy mom this morning. My son Adam was offered a full time job teaching English next year.He also said he's coming home for a few days over the 4th.He started the conversation by telling use that  he'd be able to pay his own rent next year.They told him that they are going to give him a bonus for every kid that gets a 3 or better on the AP English.  Everybody keep your fingers crossed for 17 fives.He's going to be getting health insurance which was my biggest concern.

Worked like a dog weeding my gardens. The girls decided they would help with my woodland garden. They have already done a number on some of the plants in there.It has taken a long time to establish that garden. The turtle got in there last summer; worst then a bull in a china shop.More like Godzilla when he trashes Tokyo.
