How to keep Hawks away??

It is illegal to harm or kill any raptor in the USA. Period. It's necessary to protect our birds, and that's why we have predator proof coops and runs, and pay attention to what's going on out there. Some dogs will learn to chase raptors, and some very large tough roosters will do the same, but harming raptors is off the table here. Mary
 
The coyote decoy isn't a bad idea. Provided coyotes are not a problem. The owl decoy someone suggested is not a super good idea. I used to tech for the forest service surveying goshawks. Some species of hawks are captured using live owls. A hawk will fly right into a net if it thinks an owl is challenging its territory. And then obviously at night an owl decoy may have the affect of attracting another owl.
