She'll be guilty of giving false statements to law enforcement officers.
About the rest - I can't say. It's up to the jury.
For those who are hoping she gets convicted of murder and later gets the death penalty, I wouldn't get your hopes set on it.

I am too .. they didn't have alot of time to discuss lesser included charges .. they must have been pretty united. Wow.. could go any way , ya know?
