I don't sell but gift 90% of my eggs.
On my cartons I have a label that includes
"Compliments of the "insert your name here" Family Backyard Flock
"Grass-Fed Eggs from Happy Outdoor Chickens"

I made this sign this spring. The little boards just flip over, depending on if I have any to sell, and hang on hooks. Problem is, I never have any left over eggs to sell so I have not used my sign yet. My family and a few neighbors buy them all.

Getting an incubator around Feburary. So many people around here want eggs, I do not think I could ever keep up!
Apparently I have been told you should not put in a price in some areas. I never was any good at doing what I was told. My eggs currently sell for $2.50

I thought about " Eggs from soy free non GMO Spoiled Rotten Chickens"..... and I would charge $ 3.00 or more a dozen
cause have yall pricedsuch at Healthfood store and I doubt if they are fed organically non Gmo
I used to buy eggs from several diff ladies here. one told me she had "happy chickens".. I wanted to yell ....well how you know they are happy. esp when I saw them caged in a dirt run chain link fence.. with only a small view of the ctry road. and saw she fed them nothing but Purina crumbles.....she miht have given them table scraps.... She said"feed is so high" yeah I saw her bag its $15 at TSC... I have been spending close to $50 for organic non gmo soy free. Plus I buy seperategrains and ferment those too.
My chickens prob are semi happy They were happier before I believe mites.. gotta get Hubbyto help me take apart the poop tray and roost supports....member"newchickey found them there" even though I have never seen any. I spend qute a bit of time at night checking the walls......here are so many nail holes and spaces to hide in my coop.... I cleaned it recently with Sinmplw green and replaced all the shavings...
But I think the wild birds coming into the coop and runs etc carried it to them we have to flyswatter birds that sneak in past a screen fabric etc...heck one wild bird even took a peanut out of one of my barr rockers beak.. and this was just weeks ago......I witnessed this...
but after all the reading on here I believe its those tiny microscopic ones..... heck I mentioned on here too that my first set when I was a newbie had scaley legst sorry to hijack this thread but good luck to yall

My daughter sold her eggs for $2.50 for a half dozen!!! She offered lemonade as well
