What kind of bantam hen is this? **updated**

I found him on craigslist and emailed the person. She has no idea what he is, she got him from the local feed store. I dont know too much about banties, but is he a dutch?

Yea shes not even asking money for it. Shes just giving it away. Told me they lay lots of eggs! Im thinking about taking her up on the offer. I dont think many people have those kind around here.
