Em, if it makes you feel any better, there is less risk to the baby at this point. By 16 weeks, most of the organs and tissues have pretty much formed; most of what happens from here on out is increase in size and maturity. But since I don't think I've ever taken a prescription drug without experiencing at least one of the possible side effects, I know I wouldn't be downing that small pharmacy without a qualm, either.

Yep, bunny is right. heading into the second trimester. That first one is the time to really worry about things. Had a son with Spina Bifida. I sure hope this will settle down. Do as the dr. says .. take those anti biotics! Having infections like that.. needs to be taken serious, and than the Heavens the drs. are taking it serous! This dr./mom says, take it easy, drink lots of water, hey..have you tried that apple a day thing? Trying to make light of it, but things must be hard to laugh at .. at this point. So sorry.
