It was an accident! Eenie was walking in a crowded hallway and he tripped and pushed her against the wall! Besides, she said she'd never flirt with my future husband. Even if his name is Darwin. *shudder*

No, but my red-headed mother is far from a one-off. I went to a family reunion with that side of the family a number of years ago. Gads, I was surrounded!barnie.gif Red hair and freckles everywhere I looked!hide.gif  Most of  them are nice enough most of the time, but . . . .can you say "reality show in the making?"

May I ask for some older, wiser person advice?

I have an acquaintance, named Maribel, who is probably the most annoying person I know. She emails me CONSTANTLY, even if I don't email back. Sends me a daily ecard. And when we talk, all she ever wants to talk about is how rich her family is, how many famous people she's met, the books she's read a thousand times, how awesome Hannah Montana and her movies are (and she's 16, a little old for Hannah Montana) etc., etc. A few years ago, she used to call several times a day, until my dad told her to stop calling. I've had to get my mom to tell me that dinner is ready or that I have work to do when Maribel calls. So, how do I tell her to stop contacting me without sounding mean?

(BTW, typing all that with a finger brace... epic win.)
