weird eggs

I got 2 weird eggs today. The shell on 1 is kinda translucent and soft and the other isn't the normal oval shape, it's tall and skinny with no point and has a flat spot on the side. These came from 2 different hens, the first egg described came from a hen that's 1.5 years old and the other egg came from a 20 week old. Any ideas. It's been super hot weather in the 90's this week if that might help.

Hens: 3 Golden Comets, 2 Speckled Sussex, 1 Brahma, 1 Ameraucana, 1 Black Sex Links, 1 Barred Rock Giant Cochin
Roosters: 1 Brahma

New Chicks: 2 Silver Laced Wyandottes, 2 Rhode Island Reds, 1 Black copper Maran, 1 Salmon Favorelle

Heat can cause this.  They drink more so they eat less.
