Thanks everyone. She was looking better this morning after just saline flushes, but I might give the other rinses a try. I will keep y'all posted, thanks for the advice!
 
Try hydrogen peroxide on a q tip,get all the rotting stuff out and daily clean the area,I found this the best way,also to hold snake easily put into a tube so it's head pops out and it can't coil up
