Speckledhen said once that they either have Teflon bottoms or Velcro bottoms. Last night I took my 2 worst ones and chopped all the dirty feathers away. I guess if needed afterwards, I would spray the area with wd-40 or some Show Sheen (horse grooming spray that makes things real slippery).
