Does your Easter Egger parent lay green eggs? If so then yes, they'll be a very light green and the parent will have a very small crest (depending on the quality of your Polish parents) ALL of them will be mixed, all will still technically be Easter Eggers, though some may have so pale of eggs they appear white. Depends on your EE parent.

Here are a couple Polish x Ameraucana. Yours will turn out like these but with much much less brown/red. If you're using White Crested Black Polish, your chicks will turn out mostly if not entirely black, perhaps with a little "necklace" of silver or gold.

To get a bigger crest I think you'd have to cross the offspring of Polish/EE back to Polish again.
This is what I'm thinking about doing with some of mine a little later next year, if I can find a good rooster to put over my hens.

i was thinking the same thing but would that make them lay white eggs instead of green? or would it be 50/50 half lay white and the other half lay green?

Probably both colors (eggs), probably really light green, but take the 3/4 polish and breed back ro your half Polish/EE and should get some good looking chicks with good topknots. I would only hatch out of green eggs in my second cross anyway.

alright this might take a while to get the chcik i want but it will be worth it

Your best bet, actually, is to get (if you have one) a male EE x Polish and cross him to your EE x Polish girls. That way, you'll have bigger crests, more color, and a better chance of green eggs instead of white.
