Serama eggs from Castle Delight Seramas - Page 52

P.S. I'm 5 for 7 on my cochin bantams so far. Sooooo excited :D The other two are pipped and chirping like crazy. I'm sad I have to go to work today, but I'll come back at lunch to check on them. I've hatched out a pretty awesome variety of colors too:

-black & white mottled

-calico? (not sure what these chicks look like but it came from a blue calico pen and it's not blue--it's yellow)

-blue mottled/calico

-silver laced

-lemon blue

The last two eggs are also silver laced. I love how round and fluffy the chicks already are. They look so big though compared to seramas!

How's your hatch going, kiddsbantams?

Nice, Laura! Glad you finally had a good hatch. I took a look at your pics on FB--too cute! Serama babies are just so adorable. I got lucky with 7 out of 7 on my bantam cochin hatch and I'm not sure I'm going to be able to part with any of them...

By the way, yesterday my Gino baby's comb started turning pink. This is going to be interesting!

All quiet here! I'm afraid I have Serama fever! celebrate.gif I have a few eggs coming in this week, and I really hope they will hatch! fl.gif They haven't even been shipped yet, and now I'm ordering more already from CDS! tongue2.gif (the first ones are from someone in Louisiana). I didn't contact Ms. Laura first, but her site said she had October 22 open, so I asked to reserve 18 at that time.. I need to ask her if she could include some eggs from her lovely Dina, as I love her blond buff color!

Anyway, I'm really enjoying reading this thread! frow.gif

I ended up hatching 3 and they're such sweeties.  Luna, one of my girls has great type, I should try her at show some time???  But I'm so busy, it'll be hard to go to any shows this year, but I'd love to try it once!

Utter, your chicks couldn't be cuter!
