Have you tried moving her during the day or at night? If it was during the day, get her seperate area set up and try moving her at night as it will be less stressful on the both of you.

Hope this helps!

Believe me, it's a Leghorn thang...
I have a Leghorn that if you walk up to her, she takes off like you're Colonel Sanders and you're holding a bag with 17 herbs and spices...and I've had her over 4 1/2 years!

You'll need to get her when it's full dark and she's on the nest sleeping...stuff her in a dog crate or some other place where she can sit and not be bothered.

I hope your broody does well.....Congratulation on the broody by the way! It's very nice to have broody hens, especially leghorns. It's natural for Leghorns to be nervous.

Good luck!

I wonder what kind of mom she will be? This is very interesting to know keep us posted on how she does.
And best of luck to you.

That, my dear Sillychick, is an understatement! LOL
Obelisk went broody way back in 06 and she sat for almost 3 weeks...she'd take a chunk out of you rather than look at you. I guess she didn't read the Leghorns don't go broody section of the how to be a chicken handbook either.

LOL..... today is week one and she is not leaving as easy anymore....i candled ome of the eggs, and it looks like were gonna have some baby leghorns soon. i have the incubator ready incase she quits.

Thanks for the help !!!
