Can chickens eat...chicken?

What about chicken wings...? Or would the bones splinter?

I think cooked chicken bones are in a special category because they're especially prone to splintering. Raw bones are fine. Bigger bones are probably easy to peck around, but tiny bones would have the most risk.
You could just pull the meat off the wings for them.

I tell ours that it's "pork".
Once went out with some leftover Lees fried chicken to the juvenile pen and sat in my chair to offer them little bits. It wasn't long before the whole bunch were circling my chair like sharks and diving in for the next bit. They started coming after my fingers, and the circle spun faster, I was feeling a bit intimidated so I had to leave my chair. Reminded me forcibly of the raptors on Jurassic park.
Now if I have "pork" for them, I break it up ahead of time, scatter it from the entrance, and retreat quickly.
