YES. Beat up your pillow, throw a rock, body slam a fence, slap a tree. Anything that will make you feel better, believe me.

My mom actually agreed to let me see Joe tonight! she banned me from seeing him for a while but she finally said it was ok if we went out with woo and chris! yesss.gif

Screaming is good for the soul. gig.gif Seriously. tongue.png Just find a quiet place and  SCREAM YOUR HEAD OFF. It's always worked for me, I'm txting that guy, Peter, right now and he made me simultaneously mad and sad at the same time and I slammed my fist down on the chair in front of me so hard I think I vibrated. lol.png
