Egg salad: what do you put in yours?

I make egg salad a few times a week for me and my brothers, so I'll put up what I put in mine, and see if I can get any cool ideas from you guys!
I put in:
Dill
Red pepper
Feta cheese droolin
Ranch dressing (substitute for half the mayo)
Lemon juice
Paprika
Garlic (powder or finely diced)


I try to add a new ingredient every few days I make it... Still on the lookout for the perfect taste. wee

my mother said i have the best potato salid ever..

potatos
half a red onion
pickles (dill, sometime sweet relish if i feel like something differant)
mayo
just a touch of mustard
onion powder
and garlic salt
sometimes celery.

always to taste never use mesurments

it is better to have loved and loss then never loved at all..
no matter how small a pet maybe its always hard to lose one...

homemade mayo
lemon juice
celery salt
celery
onion
onion powder
granulated garlic
fresh cracked pepper
Spanish paprika
lawry's seasoning

basically it

 Wife, 2 sons, 2 dogs, 2 Coturnix Quails, and  4 Black & Mottled Bantam Cochins. Getting ready to move to France, pm me if you live over there!

I add pickle relish to mine...

or diced up green olives.. droolin

I just use a little mayo, touch of mustard, and a small amount of relish.

To the chopped eggs... wink I add:

Mayo
yellow mustard
garlic salt to taste
fresh dill (mmm eggs and dill go wonderfully together!)

then... for a more filling low-carb meal, I add chopped celery and cheddar cheese. droolin

Egg yolks, mustard, mayo, garlic salt, sweet pickle relish (just a tad).  Top with paprika.
