HELP!!!Chick hatched too early

need some help, have two chicks that cant stand, hold heads up, fetal position like, working w them for two days feeding, water only wrapped in sock to keep head up, think they may have hatced early? does anyone have any info that may help, Im kinda just waiting out to see if they get stronger in time. anyone with any suggestions or advise would be greatly appreciated

How early did they hatch. Were they incubated or did a broody hatch them.
 
My hen successfully hatched her chickens at exactly day 18, they are 8 in number and are all fine, ant reason for that? Or is there something I can do?. Thanks in advance
