Heck let's just do a nice new commercial bator fund! LOL

I have been trying to catch up with some of the threads I've missed the past 2 months. Waiting for my next dr appoinment in 6 weeks so my surgeon can chew me out about undoing her work. I got a little carried away monday and got nothing done but shopping with the grand daughter yesterday. Don't think I should have done anything without the brace for too long. She said wean it off gently and I kind of pushed it for about 3 hours. I hate that. I type to slow as it is and I want to be able to use 2 hands without this darn brace pushing something I don''t know how to fix.

So they're announcing we may have some tornados! I wouldn't move back to Oklahoma when I found my dad because first, no ocean, second, I hate tornados.

Those are like mine. Older ones. The guy had 4 but this was right when my mom died, so he held them, then my dad dies, so Bill told him to hold one for me till we got back from Oklahoma. Mine didn't had shelves so we bent hardware wire and Bill tied them in for me. Stupid thing worked fine till the day he died. I don't have a humidity thingy hooked up, so I have to open and close it when I need to add water. Plus I was not observant with my hydrometers and when I put the new one in found my problem. The guy had his listed at $150 each. I paid $100 for mine since the shelves were missing.

wish I had 800.00 bucks I'd snag them...

Kim your turner can be fixed you can get parts for anything just don't be in a hurry to get the parts. I changed my thermostat to the new digital one and it holds the temp rock steady. Those GQF machines are so nice and easy to clean. This summer you need to not use that machine for a few weeks and let us get it fixed up for you. I'm sure that it could be made like brand new for less than 150.00 then you could make enough to pay for chicken feed and hatching eggs instead of loosing money that is hard to come by.....I am looking for a hatcher just can't buy one right now maybe in a couple of weeks I can locate a good deal. So if anyone see's one let me know I'm at Karen's just about every month it seems so anywhere in northern/central Cal would work

It costs less to have the very best. Trying to raise Delawares and Marans I also have Silver Penciled Rocks New Hampshires Midget Whites Bourbons and Royal Palms......home of many APHA horses. Breeder of World Champions and Honor Roll Champions and High Point winners. I love to trail ride and camp with my friends.

I was tempted by the GQF Incubator and Hatcher for a couple of minutes yesterday but then I realized how large they are. They would not fit in my walk in Closet. The Garage is the place for them next to the freezer. Then I said to my self "Silly you live in the City and you can only have 6 Hens" smack.gif

Some day though....

I am using chicken math. each breed counts as one. Cockerels don't count and chicks don't count either.

I will be moving three SG Dorking Pullets to Kim Consuls house tomorrow.

Anyone interested in Partridge Rocks?
