Several family members in Oklahoma and in Texas, but I THINK this one is the annual one that has been around since like 1887 or something.

I added a cute pic, ya gotta see it

Me too

I'm getting more info and adding as I find it and get messages from my family.

The saloon girl photo is one of my favorites. My family's FB has a ton of pics, but there's another place to look it up too. I added to the other thread.

Unfortunately I have to sell my flock, so anyone who wants to purchase 3 White Ameraucanas (true - ~19 weeks old, pullets), 1 Blue Copper Marans (Bev Davis, 28 weeks old, laying), 1 Red Star (32 weeks old, laying), and 1 hatchery Delaware (I think from Red Wing Hatchery, 23 weeks old, laying) - and I will throw in some Eprinex Pour On (the smallest bottle) - all for $100. I will throw in a couple of feeders too. ( = 6 pullets, 3 at POL and 3 already laying)

I would prefer people from around me because you would have to pick them up. PM me if you are interested.

I can also PM you pictures esp. of their eggs so you can see how dark the Blue Copper's eggs are so far (she has just started).

Oh no!!!   sad   Why do you have to get rid of them?

Well they are getting too loud and I live in a subdivision. I thought we were going to move when I got them but it turns out that we are not. I would rather see them go to a nice home than stay here where their "chicken-ness" will be stifled. It makes me sad though.hmm

I bet!  I just went through this not too long ago but then our plans changed again and we ended up moving out to the country.  We are currently in the process of rebuilding our flock.  Oh that is so sad!  I'm sure somebody close to you will jump at that deal and give them a very nice home.     fl

Thank you.

Is your flock going to be bigger than ever now? wink I know mine will be once we are able to buy the land that we want.

It is a good deal - I am practically giving the other chicken items away such as the medication, shavings and Stall Dry. They cost me way more than I am selling them for plus their things! I'm attached to a few of them but life goes on.
