How Long Is Too Long?? - Page 2

Great news.....never be hasty (I know I have been in the past), sometimes it just takes longer than you think. Also the first day is day 0 and not day 1.

Firstly Congratulations on your little chicks! Never be impatient with hatches, it is said that patience is always rewarded. And your story is one such example.
Try not to intervene with the hen for the next day or two.

Good Luck!

How do I post a picture?

First, you have to have 10 posts to be able to. Just reply to this thread till you get there lol. Then go to Uploads, upload the picture, and it will give you a link to copy. Then paste that into the message. There's more detailed directions on the FAQ thread

Love those Orps!

I don't care why the chicken crossed the road, as long as mine don't!
