ACV (apple cider vinegar ) can help with worms and respiratory problems

also Garlic and Onions fed regularly are a natural way to prevent worms.

Split open a pumpkin, the seeds are supposed to have something in them. Just put the whole thing in the run, they will snack on it.

You don't want to mess with worms.  You want in one shot something that does the job because worms are hardy and prolific, they carry diseases, they suck out the nutrients and destroy organs.  Consider them contageous.  They are probably responsible for killing more chickens than anything else.

So what would you recommend thats natural.  I recently used a chemical to get rid of the worms, but then realized I won't be able to eat the eggs for 14 days. :(
