I may have found a way to break a hen that wants to be broody - Page 2

I'll try this next time one of mine goes broody . . . which should be about any day now. . .  it's been about 6 weeks since the last time and I've got one that goes broody like clockwork. sad

Enjoy life now -- it has an expiration date!  Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass, it's about learning to dance in the rain!

Let us know how it works out for you. I would like to know if it works as well for others as it did for me or if I just got lucky.

Owner of 26 brown egg layers, 9 EE pullets, 4 Cuckoo Marans pullets, quad of BCM's, OEGB's, 2 geese, pair of Muscovy ducks, a rabbit, pair of cochins, a pygmy goat, a pair of silkies, a trio of japanese bantams, 3 guineas, and an emu named Big Bird. Thats why I'm chickenpoor lol.
