BPR pullets will have black on their legs and feet, roos usually have more white in them and yellow feet.

I say pullet.

She's a pullet.

Having an Icelandic in the coop is like having a 2 year old in the house - they are into everything and don't follow the rules.

I have zero chicken willpower.

Thank you to everyone for their expert opinions. I had been reading about the dark legs and the white spots on the back of the head. But when you don't have another BR chick to compare it to, it's difficult. I really appreciate the help.

Oh man, you guys are good.   How can you tell at such a young age that it's a girl??  I usually wait till about 3 or 4 weeks and I can see whether or not the feathers will be light(male) or dark(female)
I'd love to know.
