Just found out today that I'll be getting these beautiful Partridge Orpingtons to breed in 2012!

Here's a picture of the breed from the internet! These are not my parent stock, just a picture of the gorgeous birds in the UK As soon as I have a picture of the parent stock, I'll post it

They are so friendly! Anyone else have this experience with their partidge orps? Up until now I thought blues were the friendliest but partridge's might be even friendlier!
 
Hi just spotted your thread here. I have 3 English imported Partridge Orpingtons and 3 English imported Red Orpingtons. Unfortunately 2 of each breed are roosters.
I am wondering where you got your chicks from and how you are finding them as a breed. I have had few eggs from my Partridge but she is the sweetest disposition and I would love to get some chicks from her.
