Allow it to run for a few days to stabilize, then keep it around 45% humidity and between 99-100 degrees. On the 18th day increase the humidity to about 65%. I will attempt to candle or use an LED flashlight after 2 weeks. Any corrections are welcomed. Thanks!!

BTW-Im doing bantams(Sebrights & Mille D'uccles)

That sounds pretty good, but you should read this doc. https://docs.google.com/viewer?a=v&pid=explorer&chrome=true&srcid=0B32FvqvfnuQ8NTUxZmMxMTMtYjlmMy00ZDYxLWIxYjktYTc5ZDE2YjIzZTI4&hl=en_US

If that link didn't work there is a link here from the blog I got it. http://scratchcradle.wordpress.com/

Dang!  I just read that whole thing and now I wonder if I will have a single egg hatch. If not, I expect my lessons will come in handy next time.  Thank you so much for that link!!!!

Had eight coturnix eggs in. None hatched. Let them go 21to days. Nothing. May have not been fertile as I only have one rooster with six hens. Going to try again closer to spring. Have a LG with automatic turner. Gonna try to get a fan kit too before I put more eggs in. Just gave up on them today.

Well, it's my understanding and experience that Sebrights are really hard to hatch and brood successfully.  I had to buy Silver and Golden Sebright chicks.  I have been successful at hatching a few Mille Fleur D'Uccles.  I'm glad you've chosen a Brinsea product because I think that will up your chances of successful hatches.  With the Brinseas, you can pretty much expect them to "stabilize" within 24 hours.  Within 8 hours, even, but I run mine 24 hours before setting the eggs. For incubators with fans, the temp should be 99.5 and Brinseas are rock solid on heat.

Good luck!
