Belgian D'Uccle or Belgian D'Anver both qualify, but quail is a color of only the D'Anvers. There is a long running D'Anver thread here now. You may want to join it. phoebs, you probably have D'Uccles, not D'Anvers.

With the feathered feet I would agree not a d'Anver. However, a d'Uccle would have a single comb. The hen you have pictured appears to have a rose comb. Is it possibly a mix?
