What herbs do your chickens like most?

I'm planning my beds for next year and I'm considering growing one just for my chickens and rabbits. They won't have full access to it, just whatever I pull off and give them.

So I'm wondering what herbs do your chickens like the best?

mine sleep in the tall  mint, scratch up the basil, eat the bugs out of my sage, and walk over the rosemary......big_smile

I looked at all the caged animals in the barn...the cast-offs of human society. I saw in their eyes love and hope, fear and dread, sadness, and betrayal. And I was angry."God," I said, "this is terrible! Why don't you do something?"God was silent for a moment, and then He spoke softly, "I have done something," he replied.  "I created you."

One of my hens is always eating my mint--the others don't bother it.

Hmm, thanks for the suggestions everyone. My chickens and rabbits race to the herbs when I toss them in their cage. This year I grew pineapple sage and mint, they've also gotten some cilantro and basil from community garden compost bins.

when mine are penned up they love clover, when free ranging they seem to leave it alone, they don't seem to want any herbs
