Spook,

Can you take a photo or momento of him to those places (kind of like Flat Stanley)?  Could you make a cut-out photo of him and take him those places, and take photos?  Life-size cut-outs are about $84.

After my father died he traveled to Florida and back with me.  He traveled to the police academy and was with me when my husband graduated.  He was with my mother and I when I took her to Thanksgiving dinner a week after he died.  His last trip was with my mother and my sister when mother made her final move to Florida.  We finally put his ashes to rest with full military honors a month after he died.

And we also had the Aunt and Uncle rule at our house.  I had a Aunt who was a Catholic nun.  I called her Aunt Sister Felice to stay out of trouble.

Married to the old dude, 0 human kids, 2 horses, 10 cockatiels, 2 parakeets, 1 sun conure, 1 amazon parrot,  1 eccentric peacock, 1 gsd, 1 pet terrapin, 1 Blue Copper Maran rooster, and 14 world famous Jersey Giants!

 

 

Stan the Man will be missed.
