Frizzle Chicks FOR SALE -- Pick Up Only

i have a question about fizzles if you dont mind... can you tell they are fizzles when they first hatch? I bought "fizzle" eggs and they hatched today but they dont look any different to me? is it something you dont see until their feathers come in?
 
They will look like regular chicks at hatch. Once the wing feathers begin to come in you will start seeing the frizzling.
