From Texas :)

I am from Texas, currently living in a tiny town called Brookshire which is just west of Houston (katy area). I do not personally own any chickens, but I like to call my mothers, and my mother in laws chickens mine!  I am strongly considering purchasing an incubator and raising some chickies (I really want silkies!). Very happy to be a part of the BYC community! It's such a great outlet to learn from chicken lovers like myself!

Wife to a wonderful husband, mother to two horses, one kitten, five hermit crabs, two zebra finches, and one grumpy hedgehog.
