Ok I am going to try & take a guess. (I am more than likely wrong, but I have been trying to learn the breeds...) But I think he may be Barnevelder mix??

he looks similar to my EE mix rooster...I was told part English Game...
remindes me of a black copper marans exept they dont have white earlobs
