you can do what makes you comfortable, antibiotics are for supportive therapy, they can help keep other things from getting them while their immune system works on the pox, not sure how long you birds have had it, it gets worse before it gets better, I think around 3-4 weeks before you start to see them looking better, I personally did nothing with mine, they all eventually got better without any lasting affects, there seems to be a lot of pox this year.
