I know it will be hot in June, but it's still open on the fairgrounds calendar, and it ought to be cooler than July or August, so let's pick a meeting date. I'm voting for June 16th. Let me know your preferences. I need to make an appointment to pay a deposit on the fairgrounds building, but that comes after we've agreed on a date.

Because so many BYC Okies are multi-talented, we ought to have demos and displays at the NE OK Chicken Stock. P&Bs bee display is great. Many of you have seen it, and perhaps you have something to share, such as canning tips, soap recipes, quilt patterns, hatching secrets, or gardening tricks. This is not a complete list. If you have a skill or talent you want to share at the NE OK Chicken Stock, let me know. We can turn the day into 1/2 hour blocks for demos, and displays can stay up all day for self-directed learning. Some folks know they will not arrive until noon, and others will be able to start at nine, so state your time preference when you tell me about the skill or talent youd like to share. We can do demos starting at 9:00 a.m. and go all the way to 3:00 p.m., which is when I think the Pay the Seller auction will start if we decide to do one. Heres a template to help me keep track; you can cut, fill in the blanks, and then paste straight into your post. Demo times include 9:00, 9:30, 10:00, 10:30, 11:00, 11:30, 12:00, 12:30, 1:00, 1:30, 2:00, and 2:30. That's twelve opportunities for Okies to learn something new
