Losing feathers around the neck

Earlier I had a rooster that had started losing some feathers around the neck area.  Now I have a couple more losing feathers in the same area.  Is this caused from mites? If so can it be treated with ivomec and how?  Thanks in advance for your help.

My guess is that they are molting.........

I am currently planning to prepare to get ready to focus.

I agree, molting, unless you have actually seen mites or lice.

That's the first place my molting hen showed she was in molt.

The first rooster has been doing it for a couple of months and the skin looks red.
